THE TRUSTEES
The constitution of the Stoke Climsland Community Project is in two parts: the Memorandum and Articles of Association. Copies of these are available from the office on request.
Trustees of the Project are elected by members for a three-year term. Co-options are also possible for the period up to the next AGM. Officers (Chairman, Secretary and Treasurer) are elected on an annual basis. The list current of Trustees, their contact details and specific responsibilities is available using the link on the right. They can be contacted directly or messages can be left with the office.
Trustees are volunteers and volunteers provide the majority of support for the Project and The Old School. The Trustees would be very pleased to recruit new people to join them. A link to the Volunteering page is on the right, and this gives more information about the various volunteer roles, including that of being a Trustee.
Trustees meet on the second Thursday of the month. Minutes from these meetings are available to read on request at The Old School Office.
